    The Aperitivo Society was born from a simple belief: the best things happen around a table. Our hosts are the kind of people who make strangers feel like regulars — warm, intentional, and genuinely excited about who shows up.

  • a food lover

    Every dinner starts with a menu worth talking about. Our hosts love the ritual of it — choosing the spread, setting the tone, making sure nobody leaves hungry or uninspired.

  • a place to gather

    You don't need a formal dining room. You need a table, a little ambition, and enough chairs. We've seen magic happen in apartments, backyards, and living rooms. The space matters less than what you do with it.

HOW IT WORKS

We're actively expanding into new cities, and every aperitivo community starts with one great host.

Once you're selected, we'll reach out with everything you need to get your first table off the ground — a welcome packet with our best practices, playlists, conversation prompts, and hosting guides, plus access to a private portal built for our host community.

Every host receives a grocery and supplies stipend scaled to your guest count. We handle the framework; you bring the magic.

An aperitivo is a sip and a snack. traditionally positioned right between work and dinner, it’s a moment to slow down and connect.

the gathering we all know and love. whether you can host 5 or 50, the dinner party is a time honored tradition. set the table, plan the menu, gather the guests - let’s dinner party!

cookbook club

A Cookbook club is potluck with a focus. the aperitivo cookbook club features on a seasonal cookbook and theme - all you need to do is provide the seats.
